Residents feel peace of mind knowing they have the option of Oakmont of East Sacramento’s Signature in-home continued care services. Our other wellness services and amenities include fitness instruction, a fully equipped fitness center, walking paths, health education, emergency response systems, personal health assessments, periodic health screenings, and special dietary accommodations overseen by our executive chef.
A variety of support services are provided on-site including temporary home health care, follow-up care during recuperation from short-term illness or injury, and full time care in the privacy of your own home. Services are appropriately tailored to each resident’s needs and our professional staff provides individualized assistance 24 hours a day.
Oakmont Diabetes Wellness
This program offers comprehensive diabetic management and lifestyle support to help residents manage glucose levels and optimize health.
Concierge Medicine Program
Oakmont has partnered with highly respected doctors to bring personalized medical care to our residents. Residents have the convenience of same-day and next-day appointments on-site as well as 24/7 access to the Concierge physician.
Health & Wellness
Available to all Oakmont of East Sacramento residents are scheduled blood pressure checks, annual flu shots, weight monitoring, and health assessments as needed or recommended by your physician.
As Needed Services
Residents may need none, all, or a portion of the wellness services available. Enjoy the peace of mind knowing you can customize additional services based on your preference and health requirements.
On-site activities include water aerobics, pilates, tai chi, yoga, strength training, meditation, individual sessions with a personal trainer, and health lectures on a variety of topics.
